Adebayo Oladipo
Chief Executive Officer
With over 15 years of experience in Nigerian real estate, Adebayo founded Apex Terra Sky with a vision to make property investment transparent, accessible, and rewarding. He holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Chidinma Nwosu
Head of Sales & Marketing
Chidinma brings 10 years of real estate marketing expertise to the team. She has successfully closed over ₦5 billion in property transactions and leads our sales team with a client-first approach. She holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos.
Oluwaseun Bakare
Head of Legal & Documentation
Oluwaseun is a licensed legal practitioner with specialization in property law and conveyancing. He oversees all legal processes, document verification, and regulatory compliance at Apex Terra Sky. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Amara Eze
Head of Property Development
Amara manages our property development projects and site operations. With a background in civil engineering and project management, she ensures all developments meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on schedule.
